TERMS AND CONDITIONS

WARRANTY REPAIRS:

Pursuant to the Manufacturer’s limited warranty, Jam Industries Ltd. (Jam) or its Authorized Service Centres, will repair or replace (at Jam’s sole discretion) the product free of charge if defective in material or workmanship. This Warranty does not include cleaning or regular maintenance of a product, damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation or operation, any damage caused from service, maintenance, modifications, or tampering by anyone other than a Jam Authorized Service Representative. If the manufacturer’s Serial Number is removed or tampered with it shall be deemed abuse and all repairs shall be the sole liability of the end-user/purchaser. In order to obtain warranty service, the product must be delivered or shipped freight prepaid by the dealer/end-user to Jam Industries Ltd’s service department, together with a Canadian Proof of Purchase in the form of a Sales Receipt. When shipping or transporting the machine please refer to the Owner’s Manual for the proper packaging procedures. Improper packaging may cause severe damage to the product during shipping and will void the warranty.

RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION:
Once the RMA request has been validated an RMA number will be emailed to you. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly indicated on the outside of the box and on the return shipping label. Packages without the RMA Shipping Label affixed to the outside of the box may be refused and retuned at your expense or result in delays in processing your request. Note: This RMA is valid for 30 days only from the date the RMA number was emailed to you. Products must be received within this time frame or may be refused upon receipt and returned at your expense. Please allow one business day from receipt (24 hrs.) to process your RMA.
